About The Job

  • Checking and processing client´s documentation.
  • Responsibility for the accuracy of the entered data, its verification and control.
  • Communication across the company and with the company's clients and partners in the site.
  • Assigning data to the company's internal systems.
  • Solving operational problems.
  • Reporting to the head of the Back Office.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing.
  • Minimum education level: secondary school.
  • Advanced skills of working with PC (MS Office, internet).
  • Ability of independent logical thinking.
  • Thoroughness and precision.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Independent and active approach towards work.
